Private Mansion & Triplex - Passy Trocadéro

The idea

Open vertical volumes to cascade natural daylight down to formal reception salons while celebrating historical heritage (ornamental staff, Hungarian parquet, carved marble mantels).

Challenge & solution

Complex structural removal of load-bearing walls across three floors and installation of a suspended sculptural gunmetal steel helical staircase.
